Found this in a magazine, tried it and liked it! I also liked the fact the magazine had nutritional counts so I wasn't afraid to try the recipe

Almost like small nachos, these are a great appetizer. (family circle)

From Kraftfoods(dot)com website. I made these for a party and I've had so many people request the recipe. Kraft calls for using finely chopped onions but I skipped that just to make it an even faster appetizer to get on the table.

Brown ground beef and drain .add taco seasoning, and tomato sauce and corn chips mix. Add to a casserole dish sprinkel cheese covering bake at 350,for 25minRemove from oven serve with lettus tomato and top with sour cream

Another recipe from the Simple 1-2-3 Easy Appetizers cookbook. These tasty taco quiches are a party favorite. The "crust" is a flour tortilla and the quiches are comprised of ground beef, taco seasoning, cheddar cheese, black olives, and sour cream.

For ease you may use purchased miniature frozen tart shells, spicy Italian sausage works the best for this, if using mild sausage I recommend to add in the cayenne pepper --- these are very good!
